New connections take too long. How do I speed that up?

ఎక్కడ సమయం పోతోందో చూడండి — సాధారణంగా cable వేయడంలో కాదు.
పోయేది ఇక్కడ:
• Enquiry వచ్చినా వెంటనే స్పందన లేకపోవడం (అప్పటికే వేరే వాళ్ళ దగ్గరకి వెళ్ళిపోతారు)
• STB stock ఎక్కడ ఉందో తెలియకపోవడం
• Details ఒక చోట, activation ఇంకో చోట — మధ్యలో ఆగిపోవడం
కొత్త connection లో నిజమైన నష్టం ఆలస్యం కాదు, ఆ enquiry పోవడం. మొదటి స్పందన గంటలోపు ఇస్తే సగం ఇబ్బంది తీరుతుంది.

Find where the time actually goes — it's rarely the cable work. It's usually: no immediate response to the enquiry (by which point they've called someone else), not knowing where STB stock is, and details sitting in one place while activation happens in another. The real loss on a new connection isn't the delay, it's losing the enquiry — responding within the hour solves half of it.
