My subscriber base shrinks a little every month. How do I find out why?

ప్రతి నెలా ఈ నాలుగు విడిగా లెక్క పెట్టండి:
• కొత్తగా వచ్చినవి
• స్వయంగా వదిలేసినవి (shift అయినవి, DTH కి వెళ్ళినవి)
• Non-payment వల్ల cut చేసినవి
• తిరిగి వచ్చినవి
ఈ నాలుగు తెలిస్తేనే అసలు ఇబ్బంది collection లోనా, competition లోనా, service లోనా అని తెలుస్తుంది. Net number చూస్తే ఎప్పటికీ తెలియదు.

A net figure hides offsetting movements. A network losing 40 and gaining 35 looks stable at −5, but the underlying churn of 40 is the real story, and its composition determines the fix entirely. Voluntary departures point at service or competition. Non-payment disconnections point at collection process. High reconnection counts suggest your disconnection policy is being used as a collection tactic. The four-number split takes minutes a month and changes what you work on.
