About

A real person, in a town you can name.

Automation Lifestyle Hub is not an agency with a stock-photo team page. It is one person in Bhimavaram who spent twelve years inside the cable business and got tired of watching good operators lose money to manual work.

Who runs this

My name is Durga Rao Bandaru. I live and work in Bhimavaram, West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh. My working life has been spent in cable TV distribution — subscriber management, set-top box operations, collection and payable reporting, and the monthly argument with an MSO portal about whose active count is right.

Somewhere in those years I stopped doing the repetitive parts by hand and started writing tools to do them. Reports that took an afternoon started taking a minute. That is the entire origin of this business.

Twelve years inside the industry

Not a consultant who read about cable TV. Day job in distribution — subscriber records, STB activations, collection reports, MSO reconciliation. The problems on this site are ones I have had to solve for myself first.

Built for my own desk before yours

The reporting system I use at work came first. ALH exists because the same three problems — chasing payments, reconciling counts, re-typing the same message — turned out to be every operator’s problems too.

Telugu is the working language

Messages are written for cable subscribers in coastal AP, not translated into Telugu afterwards. Your staff read the screen in the language they speak.

Why ALH exists

Every local business I know in this region loses the same three things: time to messages that could send themselves, money to payments nobody followed up on, and customers to silence. A cable operator phones two hundred subscribers a month about bills. A kirana shop keeps udhaar in a notebook. An aqua dealer repeats the same feed rate forty times a day.

None of that needs an expensive software product. It needs someone to set up the automation once, in Telugu, and then keep it running. That is what ALH does.

How I work

One rule sits underneath everything: nothing sends without you approving it. The system prepares the batch — every subscriber's name, their exact amount, a Pay-Now UPI link — and you tap approve. The messages then leave from your own number, in your network's name.

That is not a technical limitation, it is the design. Your subscribers should recognise the number that asks them for money, and you should see every message before it goes. It also means no per-message API cost.

The rest follows from the same instinct: you don't touch any software, you get a report every month, and you can cancel after the first term without an argument.

What I actually do

WhatsApp automation, one-page websites, short-form video editing, lead generation, and monthly research reports — five services described in full on the homepage, and packaged as ready-made kits for cable operators, shops, aqua businesses and distributors.

The deepest work is with cable operators, which is why the LCO Helpdesk exists — straight answers on collection, MSO count mismatch, churn and STB faults, in Telugu and English, free and with no signup. Nothing on those pages is gated. If you only ever use the Helpdesk and never pay me a rupee, that is a fine outcome.

Where we are

Based in Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh, working with businesses across coastal AP. Everything is set up in Telugu and English. Support is on WhatsApp, on a number a person actually answers.
