Two STBs in the same house — how should I keep that in records?

చాలామంది ఇక్కడే తప్పు చేస్తారు — రెండు entries, రెండు reminders, ఒకే మనిషికి. విసుగు వస్తుంది.
సరైన పద్ధతి: billing STB వారీగా, message ఇంటి వారీగా. ఒకే message లో రెండు boxes చూపించి మొత్తం amount ఒక్కటే చెప్పండి.
Dedupe చేసేటప్పుడు mobile + area కలిపి చూడండి, mobile ఒక్కటే సరిపోదు.

Keep a separate record per STB, but link them to one mobile number. The common mistake is two entries producing two reminders to the same person, which just irritates them. Bill per STB, message per household: show both boxes in one message with a single total. When deduping, match on mobile plus area — mobile alone isn't enough.
