Subscriber paid but the STB still isn't active. What's usually wrong?

సాధారణంగా మూడు కారణాలు:
1️⃣ Payment record అయ్యింది, activation command ఇంకా push అవ్వలేదు — 15–30 నిమిషాలు పడుతుంది.
2️⃣ ఆ సమయంలో STB OFF ఉంది, command అందలేదు. Box ON చేసి 10 నిమిషాలు ఉంచమనండి.
3️⃣ Payment వేరే STB ID కి పడింది — ఒకే ఇంట్లో రెండు boxes ఉంటే ఇది తరచూ జరుగుతుంది.
ఈ order లోనే చూడండి. 90% ఇక్కడే తేలిపోతుంది.

Three usual causes, in order of frequency: (1) payment recorded but the activation command hasn't pushed yet — allow 15–30 minutes; (2) the STB was powered off when the command went out, so it never received it — have them switch it on and leave it on for 10 minutes; (3) the payment was applied to a different STB ID, which is common where one house has two boxes. Check in that order — it resolves about 90% of these.
