Picture breaks only at night or when it rains. Is that a real fault?
రాత్రి పూట లేదా వర్షం వచ్చినప్పుడే picture break అవుతుంది. ఇది నిజమైన fault ఆ?

రెండూ వేరు వేరు కారణాలు:
🌧️ వర్షంలో మాత్రమే → బయట joint లేదా connector లోకి నీళ్ళు. తాత్కాలికంగా సర్దుకుంటుంది, మళ్ళీ వస్తుంది. ఆ joint మార్చాలి.
🌙 రాత్రి peak time లో మాత్రమే → ఆ node మీద load ఎక్కువ. ఇది ఒక్కో ఇంటి fault కాదు, capacity issue.
Subscriber కి 'వర్షం వల్ల' అని చెప్పి వదిలేస్తే, రెండో case లో అది తప్పు సమాధానం అవుతుంది.

They're different faults. Only during rain = water seepage into an outdoor joint or connector; it clears temporarily but will recur until that joint is replaced. Only at night in peak hours = load on that node, which is a capacity issue, not an individual fault. Telling the subscriber 'it's the weather' is the wrong answer in the second case.
