Some subscribers pay cash and are always late. What do I do with them?

వీళ్ళని ఒకేలా చూడొద్దు, రెండు రకాలు ఉంటారు:
• *మర్చిపోయేవాళ్ళు* — reminder వస్తే కట్టేస్తారు
• *ఉద్దేశపూర్వకంగా ఆలస్యం చేసేవాళ్ళు* — వీళ్ళకి reminder పని చేయదు, స్పష్టమైన disconnection తేదీ ఒక్కటే పని చేస్తుంది
ముఖ్యమైనది: cash-only వాళ్ళకి pay link వెళ్ళకూడదు. తాము tap చేయలేని message వస్తే మీ మిగతా messages మీద కూడా నమ్మకం తగ్గుతుంది. వాళ్ళకి 'ఈ రోజు staff వస్తారు' అనే plain message చాలు.

Don't treat them as one group. The forgetful pay once reminded. The deliberate late-payers ignore reminders entirely — only a clear, consistently applied disconnection date moves them. Important: never send a pay link to a cash-only subscriber. They can't tap it, and your message loses credibility. Send them a plain 'staff will visit today' message instead.
