మూడు touchpoints పెట్టండి:
1️⃣ Due date కి 3 రోజుల ముందు ఒక reminder — ఇదొక్కటే సాధారణంగా 10–15% తెస్తుంది
2️⃣ Due రోజు ఇంకొకటి, pay link తో
3️⃣ రెండు రోజుల తర్వాత మూడోది
Pay link లేని reminder సగం value కోల్పోతుంది — గుర్తు చేసినట్టే, కానీ కట్టడం తేలిక చేయలేదు.

The 60–70% ceiling is remarkably consistent across small networks, and it almost never reflects genuine inability to pay. It reflects a collection method that relies on the subscriber remembering, plus staff physically reaching them. Adding structured reminders with an embedded payment link converts the forgetful segment — typically the largest one — without any staff time. What remains after that is the genuinely reluctant and the genuinely unable, and those two need different handling: the first needs a disconnection policy, the second needs a payment plan or a cash flag.
