I already pay for billing software. What does ALH add on top of it?
• మీ pending list export చేయండి — మేము ప్రతి subscriber పేరు, exact amount, Pay-Now UPI link తో messages ready చేస్తాం
In English
This is the most common objection, and it usually comes from a real misunderstanding of what the two things do. A billing platform is a system of record. It knows who is active, what pack they are on, what they owe and what they have paid. That is genuinely useful and you should keep it. What it does not do is change subscriber behaviour. The pending list still has to be worked. Somebody phones, or walks the street, or waits for the subscriber to turn up. That labour is where an operator's month actually goes, and it is the same labour whether the list came out of good software or a notebook. ALH is a collection layer, not a system of record. The distinction matters in three ways: First, no migration. Many operators cannot change billing systems even if they want to, because the MSO mandates the SMS platform. That makes a replace-everything product a non-starter, while a layer on top works regardless of what the MSO has decided. Second, the messages leave from your own number after you approve them. Platforms that send on your behalf use their own or a virtual number. When the message is about money, a number the subscriber does not recognise gets ignored, and increasingly gets reported. Yours does not. Third, there is no per-message fee, because nothing goes through a messaging API. You are approving and sending from the WhatsApp account you already use. If you have no billing software at all, buy some — that is a real need and it is cheap now. Then talk to us about the collection on top of it.
