MSO payment is due before my collection finishes. How do I manage cashflow?

This looks like a cash problem but it's a timing problem — your collection simply needs to finish before the MSO due date. Start reminders at least 7 days ahead of it, not at month end. Align your collection cycle to the MSO cycle instead of running them independently. And follow up the high-value subscribers first: roughly 20% of the base usually carries 50%+ of revenue. Fixing the cycle removes most of the need to borrow.
